Our team comes to your event with food ready to serve. We provide setup, restocking of food, and cleanup of the buffet after your event. This includes 3 1/2 hours of staffing. 45 min setup, 2 hours of food being served and 45 min clean-up. A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. Min $1,500

We drop off all of the food prior to your event in disposable containers. We can provide wire chafer trays & fuel to keep the food warm if needed for an additional fee. Set-Up is an additional $50
